Well, this dress was an eye opener. If you are not intimately familiar with every divot, nook, and cranny of your body, and you don't want to be, do not get this dress. It is a very light and comfortable material. Extremely cozy. Perfect length. I am 5'5" and it hits just below my calves. I however was not familiar with the size of my hips lol most of my bottoms apparently are shapeware. All around this dress is perfect though. I'll be wearing it regularly just based on comfortability.

Next to cotton, I like modal for being soft and comfortable, so I expected to like Amazon Essentials Women's Soft Modal Sleepwear Slip Dress. I just received it and I love it. It's so soft, buttery soft on my skin. I sized up because I didn't want it to be so skin fitting and it worked out well.It is sleepwear, but I thought maybe I could wear it outside. However, although it's not so obviously see-through, it still is. You can kind of see your underwear.I'm 5'5 and it comes to right above my ankles, so if you're shorter, take that into consideration.

This black slip is lovely. The modal fabric is beautifully soft and hugs my figure well. It's comfy and stretchy and great to sleep in and for lounging around the house too. It fits true to size. Great value for money.

Lovely feeling modal nightdress. A good length that doesn’t ride up in the night too much. Adjustable straps. Very cool material so will be taking this on my holiday. It does hug my belly a little bit but fine for wearing in bed.

This long soft modal fabric nightdress with thin adjustable straps in the shade pearl, is well made and very soft and comfortable on. However, I ordered my usual size and found it a bit clingy around my tummy, I wish I’d sized up one size. It’s past my calves at 5’ 6” so a nice length. The colour is a soft light peach colour. Probably a better style for slim ladies.
