Short kings know - finding a desk and chair that are compatible with our height is near impossible. The desk is either too tall or the chair is too tall. In my case, the desk is too tall. In order to have an ergonomic posture all day, I need to be able to have my legs at a 90 degree angle, however, in my current setup, my feet would be dangling which would end up hurting my lower back. This foot rest is the perfect height to bump my legs up into a 90 degree position and leave me comfortable all day.I highly recommend this for anyone that has their legs dangling from their chair. You'll be surprised how an extra couple inches to raise your feet off the floor helps!

The spot where you place your feet is narrow. Your feet have to be side by side and it pushes up on the outter corner of your feet so not very ergonomical.

I chose this because of the massage pad and design. It was much smaller than I anticipated and the massage pad is useless. For the cost I am very underwhelmed.I am 5'3" and unless it's directly underneath my desk chair, it does nothing for me. It's not quite high enough to make a difference in my seated posture or relieve pain.I also have cold feet all the time and don't want to use my slippers with this. So taking all of that into account I'll be purchasing one that is taller and has a little foot pocket for warmth.I will say it doesn't move around and the divits for my feet are nice and supportive. It's just a shame it's not taller and a little wider and that there's no way to make it so.For the price it's not worth it. $43 is a lot for this.

This wasn’t what was depicted by the seller. I’ve included photos to reference but overall this is a poor quality product. Its use doesn’t serve the objective and it doesn’t acquire foot support. It’s also too firm and doesn’t really has the capability of memory foam. Overall, this is a true disappointment.

Very cushy and soft and comfortable. I had a hard foot rest in my home office for a number of years but this one is a treat for my feet.
