Color: SilverMy sister recently gave me a small fireproof document saver, but I wanted one that had compartments. This document saver fits my needs. There are a number of small compartments good for holding USB/Thumb drives, compartments-suitable for holding keys and key fobs, and an accordion section just perfect for holding full paper-sized documents which can be cleanly categorized. There are small handles for carrying this fireproof organizer.This organizer is both fireproof and waterproof. Well, in one sentence they say waterproof and the next they say water resistant. Still, I'm happy to have this file holder. It will be nice to have important things all in one place.

This is an excellent fireproof file folder for keeping many items secured. It is flexible and closes with a zip-around the perimeter, so I'm surprised it say fireproof, but I'm not going to purposefully test it. I'll trust the seller information on the fireproof attribute. It is also water-resistant, and I really like the multiple pockets for organizing different items, as well as an expanding accordion-style file. I live in a hurricane-prone area, so we are always packing up and securing our important documents during season, and this file helps to organize our things while also giving us "fireproof" security as well. It is a decent value for the security of some of my files, cards, checks and other important personal documents.

The accordion file and the many small compartments make this ideal for the important stuff I have in the safe. Alas, the organizer is just a bit too large to fit in the safe. The UL94 VTM-0 rating is for vertical thin material and means it will stand a few seconds of open flame but you should not consider it as protecting contents from a severe fire. The zipper has good cover to provide water protection but it isn’t something you’d use to protect contents from getting wet if SCUBA diving.This works for me as a ‘go-bag’ for critical document copies, electronic records back-ups, and other such office operational stuff I need on hand ready to go without the hassle of cracking the safe. It is well made and as described if the hyperbole about flames and water is taken with a bit of common sense.
