A while back I grabbed a 7-pack of this kind of expandable file folders, but I needed 5 more - and Skydue had that exact amount, at a very fair price, so I indeed got me this bunch. :DAnd of course they are perfect (for my needs)!As I wrote in my other review, these nicely hold up to 1 full ream of printer paper (aka 500 letter size sheets), and that kinda volume is what I require for what I use these for; sorting/storing magazines by year.5 stars!

These expanding file folders are well made. The seams and edges are all bound well. The file folders are large enough to fit both letter size (8.5” x 11”) as well as the A4 size. I like to keep loose papers relating to one subject matter that I need to carry around with me and these file folders will keep the papers nice and neat for me. The flaps close with plastic snaps and the plastic envelopes are sturdy enough for those snaps.

I am sorting my grown children's old school papers, and these are perfect. These folders are pretty sturdy, the snap closes securely, they have a label holder on the front, and they hold a lot of papers, as I have artwork, certificates, etc., that need to be sorted. Each kid has a color, which makes it easier to find the right folder. These are perfect for holding standard letter-size papers.

These seem to be a quality well made product, I prefer Velcro fasteners. These have snaps and the snaps are small, but seem to work well. The textured surface makes them easy to grip. Great for long term storage of documents. As you fill it up the flap adjusts to the thicker dimensions but then the snaps no longer line up and the flap only adjusts to 3/4 inch thickness and the folder will hold up to 2 inches thick of documents. Even though the materials are great the design is not well thought out. I will just use large rubber bands to keep them closed.

This is a review of the SKYDUE Expanding File Folder 5PCS, 2-Inch Expansion, Plastic Envelopes. These are too short. When I close the top, it bends down the tops of my folders. They are probably okay if you just put papers in them, but I wanted them to put multiple file folders in, to keep the file folders in specific groups. The snaps are poor quality. They seem cheap and like they will not last very long. These are disappointing.
