Looks great, does what it’s supposed to do…would recommend adding something to grip the surface if you place on a table top…rubber feet or strips, maybe? It slides around when flipping through the LPs.

I have a pretty large vinyl collection consisting of about 500 LPs and 150 45s. My LPs are all stored in some modular cube furniture that I bought a few years ago but I’ve been struggling to find a way to store my 45s in a manner that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. For the longest time I just had them in a box that was jammed into the back of one of the cubes...kind of a bummer because they were basically hidden away from the world. I recently rearranged the cubes and installed a shelf to hold my stereo receiver, which left exactly enough room below for me to stand up the 45s the same way that the LPs are stood up in the cubes. This also proved disappointing as 45 sleeves don’t typically have anything printed on the spine the way that LPs do, and a lot of them don’t even have picture sleeves to begin with. Finally I came across these...was a little concerned that they might not fit in that space that I’d made underneath the receiver shelf so I ordered just one. I found that the records lean back at the PERFECT angle to fit my allotted space so I ordered two more. Now I have a nice way to display a few of the sleeves and also have easy access to everything!The holder itself is very simple: two slotted pieces of wood, two wood cylinders that connect them and two pieces of glass. Everything connects together very easily and with no tools as advertised, however it does feel a little like everything is going to fall apart if you load it up with records and then pick it up. I plan on adding a few dabs of wood glue to make it more secure...would recommend this if you plan on moving it around.The biggest problem with this product lies in the area of quality control. As some of the other reviews have mentioned there were some scratches on the glass. Mine was not as bad as some others have made theirs out to be...out of the 6 pieces of glass (2 for each of the 3 stands that I bought) I’d say that 1 has a noticeable scratch, 2 have some scuffs that can be seen on close examination and the other three were perfect. Aside from that, one of the 6 cylinder pieces had chips in the finish on one side, almost looking like a dog had chewed on it a little. I’m personally not a huge stickler for these kinds of things, especially since I’m using them in a way where the defects are mostly hidden from sight, but if you’re picky about this kind of thing you may want to look at some of the more expensive competitors to this product instead.Overall I really like the look and functionality of these...would have been 5 stars if everything had been in perfect condition.

I purchased this item for my husband who has a ton of records that he wanted to pull out of the boxes and get them out for easy access. This product is just what he needed. It's sturdy and holds a lot of records. Don't hesitate to buy.

I bought this to display art prints at shows and conventions. I love that it takes up less table space than my old print rack and customers seems really comfortable flipping through prints in the display. Since it breaks down into 3 parts, it is easy to store inbetween shows.
