Work great for my nipples that are 3/8 inch wide and 3/8 inch long when aroused. I have been wearing them for the last 6 days with no issues from time I wake up in the morning to time I go to bed at night. Probably would be too tight for nipples larger than mine.

Cute accessories but the bells barely make any sound. Even when the cowgirl is really riding the pony at a wide open gallop. Expected more "bell ringing" instead of "metallic ticking"

Definitely need small nipples for these. My nipples are small to medium. They look and feel great on me! Stay on well. They are actually bells so when moving around they are noisy if you decide to wear them in public. I ordered the silver bells and the teddy bears. I would like to include a picture but im not sure amazon would allow that. Absolutely love these!

The loops provided by this product are not big enough to go around a small nipple much less a normal size nipple.
