This is a great bike mount for our suv. We were sure to go over all the measurements as well as what this was compatible with before we got it to be sure it was a good fit so I would definitely recommend you do the same and as long as you do that it's good to go! This came very well packed and secured with plenty of padding so there was no damage whatsoever from delivery. Everything was exactly as described in the ad this is very heavy duty and very well made and it can easily hold up our bikes with no problem. Definitely not super cheap or easily breakable whatsoever. The whole process is super user friendly and my husband was able to get this installed in no time. He said if you've ever installed a bike rack before it's just about as easy as any other bike rack. His buddy came over to help him and they both had it installed in no time. This definitely functions as intended and firmly holds the bikes in place. I would fully trust using this to go on a road trip as well and bring your bikes because it's that sturdy and heavy duty. Definitely worth every penny and a solid 10 out of 10 in our opinion!

I slapped the Favoto hitch rack onto my SUV’s two-inch receiver right before a dawn ride with my buddy, and the install was smoother than a fresh asphalt lane. The aluminum alloy frame feels beefy yet didn’t make my rear suspension squat, even with two 55-pound e-bikes strapped in. Those wheel cradles hug 27-inch fat tires like they’re holding a grudge, and the ratcheting arms clamp down firm without bruising the paint.Rolling up to the trailhead, I tilted the rack away to grab helmets out of the hatch—no circus contortions needed. After the ride, the built-in wheels let me roll the folded rack across the garage floor like a hand truck, so it never hogs parking space. The whole rig laughs at Richmond rainstorms thanks to the rust-proof coat, so I don’t stress when the clouds flip tables on the way home.Weekends since then have turned into impromptu bike-packing missions. My teenager’s 16-inch BMX fits next to my chunky 29er with zero drama, and the anti-wobble pin kills that highway rattle that used to drive me nuts. Now the bikes sit quiet while the playlist blasts. If you’re hauling prized rides and still want trunk access for coolers and camp chairs, this Favoto rack slides right into the lifestyle without demanding anything back but a two-inch hitch and some respect.

I’ve been looking to get a sturdy E bike carrier and I really glad I came across this one. My E bike is an Ariel grizzly has the dual motors and dual batteries so it’s really heavy. I wouldn’t be able to carry two on this but having it to just put my one e- bike on is great.Unfortunately, I haven’t had the opportunity to use this one too much this year because I just take my E bike out locally. When I do need it it’ll be reassuring because I won’t have to takeoff my tire or adjust my handlebars just to fit it in the back of my small SUV.If you’re looking for an E bike carrier to connect to your hitch, I recommend picking this one up.

I didn't see the weight limit before I ordered this, and I wish I would have, because I determined that my bike is a little too heavy for this. This is rated for 130lbs max, and my 1 e-bike is over 100lbs by itself, meaning I'll be seriously overloading it with 2 bikes. So, I don't feel super safe with my 100+lb bike on it, because the last thing I want to do is snap this off while driving along. Many e-bikes are heavy - I highly recommend making sure the total combined weight of the bikes you're going to put on this don't exceed the weight capacity. The rack itself seems ok, but I did notice in the description it doesn't support fat tire bikes with 26" or larger wheels, so you might also want to make sure your b-bike wheels will fit. The overall quality seems acceptable, but I would like to see a better method for holding the wheels. It has what amounts to large "zip-ties", but I'd prefer a "ratchet strap" type design, personally for maximum hold, especially with heavier bikes. It can be a bit of a pain to get in the receiver, but mainly because it's a bit ungainly. An extra pair of hands wouldn't hurt when installing it, but 1 person can do it if necessary. In all, it's a decent rack, but not perfect. Just make sure you don't overload it. 4 stars.
