I used a traditional hand-crank hose reel for over 10 years. The hose glides out smoothly, locks at whatever length I need, and rewinds perfectly with a quick tug. It feels like moving from a flip phone to a smartphone—same function, completely different experience. I only wish I had switched sooner.
