I ordered these bottles so that my husband can use them to transport cream to his office fridge, and I do think that they will suit that purpose. The listing claims that the bottles each hold 4 ounces of liquid, and that is accurate. However, if Vine had offered an 8-ounce option, I think I would have preferred that. The lids seem to fasten very securely. The bottles are type 1 (PETE) plastic, meaning that they are suitable for food and drink and readily recyclable after use.We popped four bottles into the top dishwasher rack to clean them before use and they did not survive the dishwasher's heat. So, handwash only, if you wash before and/or after use! The set of bottles comes with a little foam bottle brush to help with cleaning, though it seems on the flimsy side.The little silicon funnel included seemed potentially useful, but the silicon ice cube tray, not so much (maybe for larger bottles, it would have made more sense). All the stickers and labels were a bit much, though!
