This luggage rack is really nice. It was very easy to put together and works great. You just want to make sure you put it together and it looks like the pictures. Some didn't and that is why it doesn't work very well for them. The strap wraps over the support on top not under. The velcro is a little short so I will replace that with a piece i have that is longer. Overall it is nice and sturdy and would recommend.

This was the missing piece from our guest room.This was very easy to assemble. All tools included. Nothing else required. Took about 15 mins to put together. No instructions neededOnce assembled, very sturdy and durable. Can handle heavy luggage. Has an extra lower rack for shoes or handbags.Love that it can help declutter the whole room that can get messy from all the travel stuffThe whole rack can be packed to fit any small space, Under bed or behind the doorExcellent quality and absolutely recommended. Worth the money.

This rack is pretty sturdy & great for a guest room. It was a little larger than expected. The instructions were terrible but I've assembled a lot of furniture & racks before so I was able to figure it out & put it together in about 15 minutes. My biggest issue with this rack is that the bottom rack doesn't fold flush with the rest of the rack, it sticks out about 25 degrees from the rest of the rack. The bottom rack also flops down when the rack is folded so I got a strip of velcro to keep it all together. The little piece of velcro that comes attached to the rack only keeps the 2 legs together when folded & not long enough to hold the bottom rack. I did like that it came with the 2 little tools that you need to put it together.

It does come unassembled, and it isn’t THAT hard to put together, but I had to think through it after my first attempt- me being of the “never read the instructions first” tribe, as my wife reminds me… The trick is to realize that there is a long side and a short side, because of the way the rack folds. The parts only fully assemble one way, but you can get it wrong. The instructions literally say to match “A” to “A” and “B” to “B”, and if you do that it works fine. Another couple of sentences in the description would, I expect, help many people to see what needs to be done. As in, “use the short bolts here”- if you switch them you will be caught, well, short. Speaking of short, the little piece of velcro that should hold the rack closed needed to be an inch or two longer. It does not reach around both the rack and the tray.Once put together it’s fine- it’s nice having the lower tray. Perhaps a bit less heavy duty than what you find in hotels, but a great addition to the guest room.

Other retailers sell this already assembled. The screws supplied seem either too big or too small, and too many. Needs much better instructions for assembly.

Okay, once assembled, the luggage rack is functional and reasonably sturdy. The assembly instructions – if you can call them that – were incomprehensible. I had to look at the product photos online to figure some steps out. I think one could do better than this particular luggage rack.

Got this luggage rack for our guest room for my in-laws and relatives to use when they visit. The rack is reasonably functional and will work, but it's not without some room for improvement. For starters, the instructions are unnecessarily confusing. There is just one assembly diagram with all the parts shown and arrows pointing to a bunch of parts and pieces. It would be much easier to follow if there were step-by-step instructions showing how to assemble it and in what order the parts should be attached. I figured it out no thanks to the diagram. Another annoyance is the velcro strap pre-attached to the rack and used to hold it together when you fold it up for storage. The strap is not quite long enough to actually wrap around all of the movable parts. Why not make the strap a few inches longer so it can actually hold the whole rack together? On the plus side the quality of the rack is pretty good and I like the design that provides luggage storage on the top and a rack on the bottom for shoes, dirty clothes, or whatever. Overall I'm happy enough with it and look forward to using it, but it could be better.
