I took this to work because I work sitting down for 12 hours and I love that I can rock on it and move my ankle. It helps with blood circulation.However, my chair has wheels so my chair kept sliding back which was uncomfortable and annoying. But there is more pros so I decide to keep the foot rest and find a way to make my chair stop rolling.I also bought this because it has room underneath the footrest. I put a little heater underneath this footrest so whenever my feet gets cold i just put my feet under the foot rest.

I have been looking for something to give my little legs a lift while sitting at my desk for 8 - 12 hrs a day. This is exactly what I've been needing and looking for. I wish it was just a little wider, maybe a little longer so that I can stretch my legs out and rest them without having to pick the rester up and move it. Wider because I like moving my legs in different directions, to reduce leg swelling. But I definitely recommend it.

Very happy with this foot stool. It is simple, easy to put together and very sturdy and I love the rubber on the top to stop my feet slipping off. Recommend this product.

Foot rest is well-made and seems to be off very good quality materials. Didn’t expect that some assembly would be required (did I miss that in the product description?)Assembly too attached the two lower panels was very simple and a tool was included (always appreciated!)
