it didnt stick well, moved around on the surface of the reed, and made little difference in the sound, or the response. I recorded some examples with and without the reed booster, and I myself could not discern one from the other. It reminded me of a quote from PT Barnum, which I will not get into at this time. I also played a whole performance set with it, and outside of having to take it off as it slid too close to the tip of the reed...i asked my friends in the group ( which we ve had for over 15 years) if they noticed any difference in my tone, to a man, they said no.
