I will start by saying this part does work and is well made. But it is not identical to the OEM part. I included a picture (left is this part, right is original). If this were in the front, I wouldn't be able to stop looking at how different it is. Since this in the rear seat area, I don't see it so it doesn't bother me as much. Just keep that in mind before you get this. But overall it does what it's meant to do.
