Glad I did purchase the unit. I arrived and is an original Ford product. The box was not damaged. It had the factory labeling and packaging. The item was received and is in great condition

This is a factory Ford part, number, label, box, and part itself are exact replacement factory part.Dimensions, fit, finish are all the same as original rear view mirror that came on vehicle.I had pre verified with Ford parts Dept. this is correct part # based on last 8 digits of VIN # for my 2013 -F150. mount and adjustment pivots are nice and snug. No wobbling weak parts like aftermarket stuff.

This item appeared to be a NEW replacement part but it is definitely not! It is old and dirty and did not come with any assembly parts, only the mirror. AND the mirror was badly broken! It was packaged well so it seems it was shipped out this way. Definitely returning!
