I did not take into consideration the amount of battery power this watch would need. In hindsight I should have however I was hopeful considering a standard watch battery can last years. Be prepared to replace the battery every 2- 3 month. There is an inconsistency with syncing the watch to my phone. After a few updates, the watch and phone app no longer synced. I have been unable to reconnect the after a significant investment of time. It is a pretty watch that I am unable to use because of the sync issues. It doesn't run independently of another device. My watch has been stuck on the time it last synced for a could of days now and with the battery drained to 30% after putting in a brand new one, 3 weeks ago, I am over the watch.

So:1. The box was opened, with broken seal and it was a gift!!!!!!2. The watch had finger prints all over it!!!3. Came with the dead battery!4. Has a "dot" of an uknown origin on the side of the body of the watch!

This watch is beautiful and very easy to use! I would by again.Update After owning the watch for 3 months. While it is pretty, it's terribly inaccurate. The step counter is off by 3 to 4,000 steps daily.
