The magnet on this is great. It goes through my glass and with a half inch of space on top of that since I have a mesh screen held on with suction cups to create a java moss wall.My issue is that it has large holes for the inlet and sucks up plant matter and shrimp and then things get all tangled inside. I’m sure eventually I’ll have to disassemble this and clean all the moss and plant matter out. Every week it’ll stop running because something is pulled in causing the fan blades to be stuck. Just needs poked with aquascaping tweezers to get it running again.
