Nice attachment

I bought this to use my Xbox One Elite controller on my PS4. Works straight out the box👍 only thing it won't work wirelessly it has to be connected to the controller with USB cord. I already knew this before I bought it so I'm very satisfied with my purchase.UPDATEI held the buttons on the sides of the dongle and it started flashing like it was trying to pair the controller. so i disconnected the controller from the dongle and pushed the pairing button on my Xbox one controller and it paired it wirelessly to my PS4😎🤙

This is one of the best gaming items I have ever stumbled upon. I'm a casual gamer, with most systems. But I often let my PS4 collect dust because my larger hands don't care for the dual shock controllers. So my Xbox one gets most of the play time. I own both an elite 1 and elite 2 controller for my racing game hobby. So low and behold when I wanted to try Gran Turismo sport again and just couldn't get into with the dual shock. I found this great little Brook device that would allow me to use my elites on the ps4! It requires the controller to be wired, but that is not an issue at all. Once I updated the device on my laptop, it was effortless. I ended up getting adjusted to the game with the controller and almost felt as if I was playing the Xbox again! I moved on to try a few other games, and it's seemless. I love this and couldn't recommend it more! If you think you might need one, just get it! I plan on purchasing another in the future for 2 player madness!

La verdad tenía mis dudas ya que las reseñas en internet eran muy ambiguas acerca del funcionamiento. Pero la verdad es que desde el momento que conectas el control a la PS4 lo detecta sin ningún problema, y no hay input lag. El único problema que encontré es que los audífonos no funcionan al conectarlos directamente al control, ni el micrófono, pero no será problema si los audífonos son conectados por un mixamp o por usb como es mi caso.Esto es lo que nadie dice , pero puedes estar tranquilo porque esta es la verdad del producto bajo mi experiencia, muy recomendable.A proposito yo uso un control elite de Xbox y tampoco tiene problema para usar los pads, hasta conserva las dos configuraciones que puede memorizar el control al configurarlo en un Xbox o en la pc.

PREDATORY PRACTICES!!!In the description it mentions bluetooth in broken english, but it has no bluetooth capabilities. If you search bluetooth in the Q&A someone asks about this and brook replies that they know it is misleading and they will fix it. That was over two years ago. So they obviously are keeping it there on purpose to trick people into buying a product without bluetooth. it works! but i had to troubleshoot. you need a data compatible USB cable AND you need to go to their website to update to their latest firmware on a windows pc. i suggest the seller to include a cable next time!

Preface: I've got a PS4 and a gaming PC this generation. I replaced my 360 controllers with XO's when the PC adapter came out for them, and found them to be a nice upgrade over the 360 controllers. I specifically love the feel of the triggers on the XO. I don't mind the PS4 controller, and think it's a solid upgrade over the PS3, but I don't care for the L2/R2 (don't feel like real "triggers"), and clicking the left stick in shooters makes the whole controller feel unbalanced to me.Given the above Preface, I was looking for a way to have off-center sticks and better triggers when playing PS4. I've been waiting to see reviews on the SCUF Vantage before making any decisions. Now that it's out, the reviews are pretty crap. That lead me to looking at adapters that would allow me to use the XO on my PS4. Originally, the only one I saw was the CronosMAX Plus, which is currently over $100 on Amazon (why?). I also didn't like the idea of having to keep the DS4 plugged in via USB and turned on when running my controller of choice.In reading reviews of that one, I saw several mentions of the Brook adapter. Seeing it was only $40, I decided to try it out. All the reviewers harped on updating the firmware, so I knew to do that as I was placing my order. I got this yesterday, and went straight to their site to update. I downloaded the zip with the firmware updater, and ran it. The first couple of times it failed, I think because the PC was trying to install a USB driver for it. The third time the exe said the update was successful. I used my DS4 to turn on the PS4, then turned it off in the menu. I plugged in the Brook adapter, USB cable, and XO controller. It worked perfectly - very uneventful, which is exactly what I had hoped for.I played through a couple hours of Wolfenstein with no issues. I then jumped into Little Big Planet, using two DS4s in wireless mode, and the Brook/XO as a third controller. Again, this worked exactly as expected. Now that I know I can use XO controllers, I'm thinking I may pick up the Elite for the premium experience.I'll update in the future if there are issues, but so far this thing does exactly what I had hoped at a price I felt comfortable paying.

I has highly skeptical of the device when i purchased it but figured i could always return it thanks to Amazon. I am not a fan of the PS4 controllers and had previously tried the Nacon Revolution Pro controller hoping it would fix things for me. While the controller was great, it still was not the same as my Elite controller. I decided to do a bit more searching and stumbled upon this. I wish I had found this before the Nacon controller. The device is simple to update, which i highly recommend doing out of the box, and even more simple to use. I did notice that one of my USB Micro cables is finicky with it, but i am blaming the cable and not this device as my other cable works flawlessly with it. I will likely end up purchasing a 2nd to use on another PS4 so i don't need to move the adapter between locations. The only thing I wish this adapter could do would be for the 3.5mm jack to work. However, I knew this going into it so i wouldn't even mark off .1 star for it. I'll simply have to pick up a bluetooth or USB headset to work with instead.If you are on the fence, and really want to use the Xbox controller over the PS4 controller, do not hesitate to buy this. Easily worth the sub $45 price tag.

...mais il faut savoir que cela ne fonctionne pas avec un cable usb à double embranchement, c'est-à-dire avec une prise usb où l'on peut brancher deux manettes. En aparté je m'étais procuré ce cable car celui fournit avec la ps4 pro est bien trop court. J'ai tout de même par dépit et en dernier recourt essayé avec ce dernier et là "alleluia" la manette a tout de suite été reconnue ( dire que j'avais déjà imprimé l'étiquette de retour du produit que je me suis empressé d'annuler ). J'ai donc foncé dans un micromania me procurer un cable de charge plus long pour manettes xbox one et ps4 et cela fonctionne parfaitement. Pas besoin de hub ni de mise à jour et paramétrages sur pc. Plug an d play !
