Pros: Economical, sturdy, reliableCons: NoneJust as the title states, if I can do it then you can too! I've bought this machine back in 2020 and strung about 45 tennis racquets. Plenty of youtube tutorials out there to learn. My first attempt took about 10 hours because I missed a weave and didn't notice til the final stages. Next mistake was not having enough string to tie off.Even though it took me 10 hours, I wasn't discouraged because by my third attempt it was taking me about an hour. There's something about the feeling of self reliance and pride when you complete it properly. At any rate, there's no beating convenience as opposed to driving, waiting, driving back to a tennis shop to retrieve your racquet while sitting on sidelines.I'd definitely recommend buying a starting clamp. Stringing is not for everyone, you need patience, motivation and interest. It's like meditation

The crank clamps on the drop weight where the string is wrapped are already worn out and the string slips when trying to tension it. Contacted Gamma wigh no response.

This was for our son - he's learned to use it very quickly and it works very well.

Buena calidad en la tensión pero causa que se lleguen a maltratar un poco las cuerdas. Pero muy buena maquina.

602FC: Great turntable and clamps. Some have complained about the plastic base, but realize it's a plastic tray over a solid aluminum frame. The drop-weight tensioner will give you consistent results, but will take you a little longer to string a racquet. You'll get the hang of the tensioner by following their recommendations and holding the arm close to level, feeding the string around and through the clamp, pinching it closed, ratcheting, and then easing the arm down. Instructions provided are good as well, and can easily be supplemented by a few YouTube videos (YULitle, Mr10sStringer). Getting a starter clamp would also be recommended, especially if you have a model with floating clamps. Comes with various Gamma strings and tools. Minus a star for some sloppy gluing on the support pads.

Highly recommend...After some practice you will string your racquets in ~an hour, with consistent tensions, on your own schedule, for a fraction of the cost you're now paying. If you've not strung before, YouTube has about a jillion instructional totally free 'how to' videos on patterns, knots, and strings. If you are a racquet sport enthusiast, while not as much fun as playing, experimenting with different strings and tensions is a gas.

Works great. I'm glad I got the model that has clamps attached to the machine rather than using floating clamps. It's real easy to use. My Yonex ezone dr is straight forward and pretty easy to string. I did a couple of prince rackets with large holes took a little thought ahead but it was pretty easy too. A stringing snob with a high end stringing machine says that drop weight machines are loser, but proof is in the pudding. Playing with the rackets, it feels fine.I'm a 3.5-4.0 player using Tecnifibre biphase x-one. I got the model with fixed clamps.

I did a lot of research before I bought this and I am very pleased with my purchase. The six point racket holding system is great and the fixed clamps work as claimed and are made out of metal. I know some people don't like the drop weight system but I think it works very well and once you've done a few rackets it's very easy to use.

The turn table is not strong as should be. Stringing crosses, the clamp moves an inch (sometimes more) sideways jamming to the main strings after releasing cross string from griper. The table is three peaces mounted together by factory (not good). Also the turn table base is not properly square, one end always spins higher than the other side. Do not recommend.
