Worked for a season. Now leaks 100% and yes I brought it inside before winter. Warrantee seems useless. They make it so difficult to go down that road. Not worth the money or time.

This is my second purchase, one on the front corner and one for the back corner of my house. Very easy to install. Simple. Sturdy construction. The reel recoils effectively and quickly.

Cons: bulky, low water flow, cannot use with traditional sprayersPros: amazing way to get rid of a headacheI have three of these, 1/2" hose, which is too small really to wash a car or fill up a kids pool or anything like that. This thing is already bulky and the hoses I got are 82' and 100' so if I stepped up the hose size it would be humungous. So normal sprayers won't really work - you can connect them but the pressure is much too low. But for most tasks, the ability to just reel it in automatically and have it neat and put away in the matter of 4 seconds is amazing.

There is no leak, and it’s ok, I bought used like new, but it doesn’t feel as premium as it cost! The 5 years warranty is good though. Also, hoping it won’t get discolored over time.
