I received this stainless steel direct vent wall thimble by GASLAND today and the quality of the metal is very good. The tolerance between the two halves is perfect, meaning the one half slides perfectly into the other half with no excessive gap and no scraping or grinding. They fit like a hand in a glove. There are 2 things that I would like to see to make this even better. The first would be to have more spot welds between the flanges and the pipes. The second would be to have ability of the expandable depth to extend wide enough to install through a standard 8" concrete block walls. This is a great price for such a nice pipe setup. The material is stainless steel and is very well made. Everything fit together nice and works great. Everything you need for a tankless hot water heater in one package.

This stainless steel vent pipe kit for tankless gas water heaters arrived intact and in new condition, neatly arranged within a branded box. I found no instructions with this item. But assembly and installation is pretty straight forward. The vent parts feel well made and serve well in their purpose. There is enough material included to vent directly through the wall, but not to the ceiling. Overall, I am happy with this vent kit.

Great vent for my propane tankless water heater. This is easy to install and that is comes with the flaps to make it seal good. The product is good quality, and the other pipes fit perfectly.
