I ordered this fan from multiple vendors. Though the part # is the same, the connector has changed and no longer fits the original Cafe refrigerators. This original part from GE has the right connector!

This was the second one I ordered from Amazon. Don't waste your time with knock-offs as they are a waste of time--connections were different. I should have spent the extra money on the OEM from the get-go. This was a direct replacement with no issues whatsoever.
