This was super easy to use! It comes with a manual, but altogether pretty intuitive to put together. The lock mechanism to get it to stay on the counter is crazy strong, it didn't move at all when I used it. The crank was very smooth and the graters were sharp! The only issue I had was the block of cheese sliding to the edge and I thought I'd have a big slice that was unshredded, but I just kept going and the majority was caught and sliced.

I have not owned a real cheese grater in eons. I have a giant massive food processer that's great in that it can quickly grate 4lbs of cheese, even though it's a pain to lug it out and clean it. I have a tiny little hand grater that I use work for small amounts of parmesan sprinkled over pasta. Sometimes when I just need a little bit grated but more than what I want to grate by hand, I'll cube it and toss it into the Vitamix to get a cheese crumble... but I've been looking for a way to quickly grate a normal dinner sized portion of cheese without using a big dumb appliance thing. This is adequate for my needs. It's easy to assemble and intuitive to use. It's made of four pieces - the base, the handle, the actual blade, the removeable chute and a presser. The handle turns smoothly, and makes quick work out of a pound of cheese, with almost no waste. There are no hard to clean crevices like on my food processor, and I can pop the chute, blade and pusher into the dishewasher to clean them easily. The suction cup on the bottom doesn't hold to my old-school formica countertops and the length of the chute means I have to have a bowl touching the base - and it can't be a really tall bowl - there's only about 4" of clearance from the bottom of the chute. While it's capable of very quickly shredding cheese, I had to frequently stop to turn the bowl because it got full so much or was sliding around and dumping my beautifully shredded cheese onto the countertop instead of where I wanted it.I then shredded a carrot for salad with the same blade, and it was probably the most satisfying carrot shredding experience I've had. (Says no one ever.)Minor inconveniences aside, it works really well and is way better than digging out the food processor or using the blender.

I have enjoyed using this slicer for cutting vegetables. I have 5 bearded dragons and cut up a lot of vegetables every week. The base does suction to the counter well and doesn't slide around. When I am finished it doesn't take much to get it to come up to be cleaned. I have been using the slicing blade for carrots, cucumbers, sweet potato, and squash. I hand wash the device and it is easy to wash and set to dry. So far the blade has done great, nice and sharp. I think this is a good buy.

I’ve been using this grater for a few days now, and I love it! It makes grating cheese and veggies super easy and quick. The handle is smooth, the blades are sharp, and it’s a breeze to clean. I use it almost daily, great little helper in the kitchen!

Right out of the box I was very impressed by the quality construction of this food grinder. The pieces are solid with no rough edges and I like the fact that the grinder has suction grip to hold the device in place on the counter when in use. I found when using the fine cheese grater that the cheese came out in shreds, not the grated texture that I was looking for. However, simply re-grinding the shredded cheese gave me the grated cheese that I was looking for. One thing to note is that the slicers for potatoes, cucumber, etc. (one with a straight edge, and one with a wavy edge) both produce very thin slices. It would be nice if one of the slicers made pieces that were a bit thicker (like maybe 3/16") to provide more versatility. That said, this is still a solid, well made and useful grater.

I was tired of box graters that shredded my fingers and took forever. This Geedel rotary grater is a game‑changer: easy to lock onto the counter, pop in the drum, and start turning. It grates a block of cheese in seconds and stays firmly suctioned on smooth surfaces. Cleanup is a breeze—just toss the parts in the top rack of the dishwasher.
