Really pretty, but arrived broken. It’s plastic and arrives in a bag and not a box. The lid does stay closed unlike what some of the other reviews stated. Sending back in hopes of getting another one that isn’t broken.

it's gorgeous but it's extremely cheap plastic and the lid does not stay on. I had to tape mine down which is very obvious when you look at it. it also doesn't fit a tissue box inside of it so you will have to take everything out and smash it into the box. this would be great if they actually made the lid attach instead of just rest on top, and if it actually fits standard size tissues.

It doesn't fit a standard tissue box because of the indented design on all 4 sides....so I took the tissues out of the box and put them in that way, and it works fine.It's also washable in warm soapy water.

I was really stoked to find a tissue holder to march my other crystal items in my bedroom.When I went to fill it with standard sized Kleenex,it didn't fit. I had to kind of stuff it in with the sides of the tissues curled upwards instead of lying flat inside.I took 2 stars off for that.It is pretty on the outside and the bunched up tissues don't really show and still come out of the top correctly tho.So heads up on the size This isn'ta perfect dispenser .🙄🥲

Beautiful. The gold trim is the perfect shade, not too bright and brassy, and not brown either. It's a light but shiny gold. Tissues are a tight fit, but they fit and every time you take a tissue the next one pops up.I also got a silver and pink one that is equally pretty. The only problem was attaching the ornament on top. It has two pegs on the bottom that slide into two small holes on top of the box, but the holes were a bit too small. This was easily fixed with a drill. The pink box didn't have this problem.
