Very impressed , worked for over hour without having to charge . I have a 15 year old Springer Spaniel hates the groomers . Highly recommend this product it’s quiet and easy to use, on my dogs long thick coat glided through . She is now ready for the summer heat

The power is spotty, battery life is poor, you cannot finish the shave in 1 sitting without the battery dying.I also have problems starting up the shaver, it goes dead by itself and cannot be switched on anymore. It's less than 1 mth old.Not reliable.

My first pair of Gimars I bought in 2021 were excellent! I loved them!I own a small rabbitry with a few different long-haired breeds. And after reaching out to others about what they were using- these kept coming up. I spent hours reading reviews, articles and watching videos before settling on these.They cut through tough, tight matts with ease and were gentle on my rabbits' delicate skin.I got alot of use out of them the first year before the ceramic blade started getting dull. Gimars doesnt make replacement blades so I had to buy a new pair. And for the low cost- I didnt mind.The 2nd set arrived and they were awful. They wouldnt even cut through unmatted fur. English Angoras need regular trimming and the 2nd set would just glide over the fur or jam up.I had no issues from the seller getting a replacement, but the 3rd set was the same thing unfortunately. My 1st pair shaved better being dull- than the other 2 new sets. I dont know if I just got unlucky getting 2 pairs that were defective- or if they changed their product. Ive considered trying again but Im reluctant of course.I just really loved my first pair.I'm giving 3 stars because my 1st set was awesome, but the other 2 were awful (0 stars)

I have two standard poodles and I can tell you that I purchased these clippers to keep up in between groomings with face and paws. My groomer canceled laat appointment and I can’t get them in for at least a month. I decided to take clippers right down the back of my one poodle and the clippers glided through like butter! Simply amazed! I was able to buzz down both dogs without any problems. These clippers need no oil. You can take top off clipper and clean out if needed. I had to charge the battery when I was midway through the second dog but seriously so impressed! I have spent a ton on clippers over the years and spent well more. For under 30 bucks, you can’t beat it! Would but this again 100 times over! Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.

This shaver or whatever you’d call it works great, I’ve only used it one time now for close to an hour maybe? My boyfriend and I shaved our bunny with it, he has soooo much fur and I literally brush him every day but we just had it with the teeny tiny bunny fur in our eyes every day! This kicked butt, the noise level is quite decent for an electric shaver, it did vibrate on him, but he did super well I was surprised, it was our first time shaving him, we tried with one of the attachments but that wasn’t doing it, it didn’t seem to clasp right and worked amazing without it, no cuts or anything, we did accidentally get some of his chub, so it drew blood under the skin on a tiny spot, it’s barely bigger than a pen tip, but I still felt bad. Idk this shaver kicked butt, would recommend, we’re also going to shave our roommates cat because he doesn’t brush him so we’ll see how that goes 😬 oh and the battery seemed to last pretty well, we used it for about an hour and it was at 70 something, vs the fully charged 99%

I got this clipper to shave my dachshund who has thick double coated fur. I'll share my experience and compare with corded pet clippers made by Wahl that I've had in the past.After comparing all the clippers, I chose this one due to the positive reviews. It was a little more expensive than the corded ones, but well worth the convenience of not having to deal with a cord! Device was really quiet. Much quieter than the corded ones I had in the past. It also cut fur better, although I had to be slow and patient with the thick undercoat coming from different angles but it came out great! Battery was already charged up right out of the box, and after an hour and a half of shaving my dog it still had 70% battery left. Would definitely recommend this product.

Works very well. I wouldn’t say its professional level, as the clipped fur did sometimes get lodged between comb attachments and clipper. But since professional clippers are usually more than twice this price I can live with the flaw. I just took off the attachment and blew the fur clippings out and then snapped it easily back on. The clipper is fairly light and very quiet. My skittish Brittany barely noticed the low sound. She even sniffed the clipper while it was on! She was more annoyed with having to stay still for a long time as I figured out what I was doing. The clippers never hurt her or tugged her fur, even when I used them on the bottom of her feet. So much safer than clipping around her feet with scissors, especially since she doesn't like me messing with her feet and tends to jerk her paw away. These clippers just buzzed the fur right off her feet in smooth, quick strokes that make us both feel easier! I did her feet first, as I’ve read that the blade can heat up over time. The blade was a bit hot by the time I was finished clipping all of her. Attachments fit on snugly. Excellent battery life. Easy to use for a beginner. Plus, the scissors were nice with a sharp edge, perfect for trimming that longer, feathery fur along my Brittanys legs and tail. I highly recommend!

This was the first time I ever groomed my dogs myself. The clippers are quieter than the human clippers i have. They are lightweight and the cordless feature is very convenient. I used them on my poodle shitzu mix and they had some trouble getting through her fur. They were a little bogged down. I should have probably tried the turbo setting but it is louder and my dog is very skittish.Overall they did an ok job. I can't wait for the groomers to reopen! If you need to groom your dog yourself these are easy to use and will get the job done.
