Gimbal was very stiff. The outer sleeve ring was also loose. When installing the ring twisted. Ended up using the old ring off oem gimbal. For the price it’s a good kit.

fit my 99 Alpha1 gen 2 outdrive. bearing looks like it wasn't quite drilled far enough to accept grease, but it did ever so slightly. clicking has gone away while motor is running
