DO NOT BUY. I purchased this last June, 2024, and halfway through the summer the guide for the hose-the part that keeps it from getting all tangled inside broke. I tried going through the get service on Amazon but never heard anything. Pulled it out of the shed this year and nothing but water pouring out of the case. I'm pretty handy so I opened it up to see if there's a seal that needed to be replaced, maintenance is constant with water things, and the main connection was just completely broken off. I don't know if other brands are better quality but do not buy this one.

Awesome retractable yard hose. Arrived quickly and I got a great price because I waited for a deal. Installation took a little bit of planning.

I purchased this one because I could not find one made of stainless steel. My only concern is the internal spring for the recoil. Reviews on many of the hose recoils talk about broken springs after it ages a bit. It is possible to repair or replace the recoil spring. So far, no problems.

Purchased one of these for my back yard at the beginning of last summer. Used it for the season and was so happy with it I purchased a second for my front yard.Plenty of length to get to the opposing corners of my property. Mounting was easy.. I have one mounted to a wooden fence using the provided lag screws. The second is mounted to a pvc fence post which required a shorter screw.Easy to pull out and retracts rapidly and easily. I prefer to not just let it rewind at full speed so keep a hand loosely around the hose while it is winding in. I find it is easier to control the speed of the rewind if my hands are little wet.The adjustable nozzle works great. I chose to install it to the hose using a shutoff valve and quick disconnect so I can easily swap hose ends.
