Glassine sleeves have been a favorite storage medium for photo professionals for packaging, handling and storage of negatives and photos. The translucent envelopes are made of archival, acid-free pH negative non-plasticized paper. Glassines can also be combined with archival sleeving for long-term storage.

I bought these to store 8x10 artwork and the bags are too narrow. The description states 8” wide, the packaging says 8 1/4”, but they were actually around 7 5/8”. Cannot use them at all.
