Update:They updated the app. It took a few tries but after about 4 days after the app update the device finally updated to the latest version. I changed it to 5 stars from 2 because of it, assuming they fixed the update issue.————————————————————-The product works great for me out of the box. When setting it up if using Gmail, check your primary inbox not the update inbox if you have that feature turned on.However it runs v5 and the latest is v7. It will not update at all. Therefore many of features are locked out because I cannot update the device. Specifically the features that is advertised for the product like Pro mode is unavailable to me because I cannot update. Giving it 2 stars because the lack of app support. If it had support I would say 5 stars but I’m concerned one day it won’t work after Apple updates its iOS.

This product is so bad that it should have never made it to the market. It's obvious that absolutely NO testing was done on this product while the limited and lame documentation adds insult to injury. The app is completely useless, it takes 20 minutes of bouncing between 3 different wifi routers (2) 2.4ghz and a 5G out desperation. Once it finally connects to the outdated 2.4Ghz wifi (Yes it only supports 2.4Ghz (Red Flag), it loses its connection 3 minutes later. NOTE: I have multiple Ring, Alexa, and iRobot products connected at 2.4Ghz with no problem in 3 years. I even tried keeping the app open and it still lost connection so you have to spend another 20 minutes just to experience groundhog day over and over. The automation is not intuitive and it doesn't work. I'm so glad I kept the box as I have my return code and this piece junk is going back tomorrow. @ $140 including tax and shipping, I expect more. I will use my credit to purchase a Hygger, Fluval, or anything except for Glowrium garbage. To make matters worst, Amazon keeps stalling my refund credit. Amazon has had the item back since Dec. 15th, originally said I would be credited on the Dec. 31st, and now magically say refund credit on Jan. 8th Don't buy this product and boycott [iece of Crap Amazon. I plan too do so. after I get my refund credit????
