My daughters love these pants but they always seem to shrink fast after washing and just didn't fit true to size and ran on the smaller side.

My 8 year old is super narrow so it’s hard to find pants that fit her both lengthwise and width. Yoga pants or leggings are generally our go to. However, it’s hard to have much style with basic black pants. These have a cute flare at the bottom that spices them up a bit. They are comfortable to wear and hold their shape well over many hours. My daughter fell asleep in them and they still looked fairly fresh the next morning which was a surprise. Great quality and I would buy more colors.

My daughter loves the loose fit at the bottom of these pants. She wears either a size 6, or sometimes a 7/8, so I thought this 6/7 would be perfect, but they are actually a little too long for her. They will still work just fine with shoes, but I was surprised, since she's long legged. She's a medium build, but the entire pant fits her pretty loosely, which she likes. She'll wear them as they are, but there is definitely room to grow, so if in-between sizes, I'd suggest sizing down. I really appreciate finding a pair of pants that aren't intended to be so tight, but still look cute. Overall, I'm really happy with these them!
