I do like this holder. Had it about three months. Not sure how it'll hold up over time, but so far so good. Paid 24.99 Feb 2025.. went back to order another for a different area (April 2025).. Now it's 34.99.... nope. Just on principle. I can see an increase in price. But 40% increase in 3 months? Just nope.

Exactly as described. Item was very well packed. Easy to put together and honestly is a lot stronger than I thought it would be. Highly recommend. Very happy with this purchase!

This is perfect for my hose that shrinks when the water is turned off. The hose is light and winds around the spindle easily. So far, it has not fallen over or moved because the spikes are long enough to keep it stable. Looks good in the garden, too.

This GOFORWILD garden hose holder/butler is sturdy, looks nice, and works well for a 50' hose which has no crimps. Before purchasing the holder/butler I had been pulling our front hose along the back side of our front garden. The hose would then be hidden behind garden plants and also bricks trimming the back of our garden. On rare occasions I would wind this hose into a circle behind the side edge of the garden. Both procedures worked fine, but I liked the holder and decided that it would look nice. It does. Why only a 3-star review? Our hose had 2 prior crimps. They were much worsened after carefully winding it on this holder. That is because the part you wind it on is small (narrow) therefore you are winding the hose in a tighter pattern, which makes the crimp worse. If you have a new hose, or one with no crimps, and always pull it straight before using it, you should not cause it to crimp. I've tried two different hoses, each with 2 or 3 crimps, but which work fine when straightened for lawn and garden-watering. Both hoses were pretty useless after winding them carefully around the holder. The crimps worsened so much that we decided to replace the hoses. So there you have it -- a sturdy and cute hose-holder which should work well for anyone who has a hose without crimps, and who winds the hose very carefully to prevent any future twisting/crimping. If you do crimp the hose this holder might not seem to be your friend anymore, and you just might then wonder why you bought it----that is until you replace that hose. 😊If the holder were to be designed to be extra wide it would be more effective with standard hoses (easier on the crimps) but would take up more space. I just purchased both a new 50" standard hose and a 50" flat hose and will try those on the holder. If everything works out fine after that I will return to adjust this rating.

This was pretty easy to assemble and looks great in the yard. I have the expandable hose (expands to 50 ft), and this works great for that because it's not that long when you wind it up, however, if you have a regular hose that is more than 25 feet, I would not recommend this unless you don't mind winding it around manually 30 plus times each time you use it, then again to wind it up. Good price and good value. Great for short hoses or an expandable hose.
