Super easy to assemble, 30minutes or so, 1 person, nice looking, rolls easily and reels your hose smoothly, feels sturdy enough the only down side so far is I’m 5’ 4” and feel like the handle needs to be longer or at least adjustable to be truly comfortable, the basket can be mounted either to the front or to the rear, yes it cost more than most but there’s no plastic to bend, warp or break from the weather.

This hose reel looks very nice and is sturdy. Got tired of the plastic reels breaking all the time. Only issues are that there is no hose guide so you have to guide it with you hand and there is no "brake" that will stop the hose from slightly unreeling once all reeled up. But we are keeping it.

This hose reel is perfect for my needs...not a lot of bells and whistles, just a nice solid product. It was easy to assemble, and is sturdy and stylish. It can easily hold a 150’ metal hose. There are no leaks from the leader hose or at the spigot, although I did use plumber’s tape on both ends. It is very easy to reel in the hose, very smooth operation. Would definitely recommend!

Love the look of this hose reel. Now if they would only make a brown color hose I’d be set! Quality is there, assembly wasn’t hard, doesn’t leak.

Great solid hose real. Solid brass water connections. Super sturdy and more then capable of handling the advertised length of hose.

The overall unit is made well. However the actual reel itself is cheap thin metal. Barely and I mean barely holds 200 feet of hose.
