The chain on this necklace is a bit larger than I appreciate. The gold heart looks like it is made to add another charm to it. Unfortunately, because of the style of its construction, if one has it on while dressing, it might snag on delicate objects. The heart itself is a good size, perhaps a bit large. I certainly would not buy this again, although the size of the lobster clasp will make it easy to attach.

I adore this necklace and will give it 5 stars because I love that it’s dainty but big enough to see. The only downfall I have found and it’s just silly but it’s a constant fixing the heart try to make sure it isn’t upside down on one side etc, I wish the chain was welded to each side and still allowed the opening on the bottom

The design is cute. But be aware there is no gold in this. Its PVD coated Titanium Nitride or Zirconium Nitride, both are golden ceramic materials typically used to coat nuts and bolts. All you have to do is go take it to a jewelry store in an XRF analyzer, a type of X-ray for precious metals. The price of $8 is not bad for the look.This is sold by a brand overseas, who is not subject to the same ethical or other guidelines as US sellers. The graphic ads say this is 75% gold and 25% copper and its obviously not true.

This simple little heart necklace is a cute necklace that can be worn every day. It's pretty, with enough shine to add a bit of sparkle to your outfit without taking over. I like that I can add charms to it, though I think I prefer it without them for now.
