If you can afford it then I say go for it because it's a great item. It's soft and has a unique feel to it and it's highly breathable and protective. It's exactly what you want in a light jacket and the pockets are big enough for your cell. 4 stars.

I absolutely Love this Running Shell!!It is super lightweight, has great movability and is very attractive and form fitting. I also really like the color!!Besides the way it wears and looks I also really appreciated how eco friendly it was, making me feel good about wearing it and definitely more conscious about future purchases. It’s pricy, but all things considered, well worth it!A great Spoil Item!!

This is an attractive, great fitting layering piece; windbreaker, rain barrier, and intelligent moisture control Tri layer fabric. The zipper and seams are rain and wind proof. I miss that there are no external hand level pockets or inside pockets. The adjustable hem cincher creates a loop and there is no pocket for the loop, there is only one site to pull rather than one on each side of the jacket. There also is no hood, no pocket for a hidden or optional hood, and for the price it'd be great to have a few more details we all like. It is light weight and the fabric and design work as you'd expect. We just happened to have to windiest, rainy day in months yesterday so it was tested. It reminds me of the way the Northface jackets were made in the early 90s. Really, they defy reason in the way they keep you warm and dry by not allowing heat and sweat to accumulate inside the jacket. The environment in the jacket remains quite perfect in heavy activity and bad weather. Very nice, on the pricey side for a very simple jacket without many basic amenities. There is a pocket at sternum level, along with reflective fabric strips in various places which is great. The cut and design seem to fit well, I am 5'8" 135lbs, 34" chest and 28" waist, and this is a medium. I like the fit.

The GoLite Women's Ready Set Go Shell Jacket is a great fit on my wife. (“What a pleasure to finally find a jacket that fits correctly!” my wife says.) She tells me that this is a great jacket to wear in rainy weather or for taking walks on fall days. My wife feels that the jacket is a great addition to her exercise wardrobe.
