I took the nose ring off that came with it and use my own lip piercings, including the earring and added mines. I love it, people will just look at me. I wouldn’t recommend the nose piercing as it’s a fake one. But can be removed to a real one or adjusted to your liking. I got 2 to use on both sides

So I have my septum pierced and decided I wanted a chain. Its super hard to find one that doesn't have a fake one attached to it. This one can be taken off and is even delivered separated in the package. I so far love it. It looks just like the picture. I'll let you know when or if it starts changing colors...
