I am so pleased with this line. The stuff that came with my WORX WG124 Weedeater/Trimmer was just flat plain Gare-Bage. This is like using a machete on weeds, small sticks 3/8" dia and grass is like it isn't even there. The line is gray and looks like a metal but is not just some Bad-Lad type of poly-cord or some killer .065 sword fish line. Does not wear or break easy eiher. It does Not come in a contained box just tye wraps to keep it together so it does not go Slinky on ya. Get a food container and cut a 2" dia hole in the top and then place it insdie that and cut the tye-wraps and Walla instant spool container. Punch a small hole to put the end end so you can find it when needed for removal otherwise you will have ^%&. I Highly recommend this over what comes with the WORX. And plenty of line to boot. Need some Weed-Wacker Line - Get this you will not be disappointed. I Lub It...

I bought my green works at Costco it came with thicker line .This was a lot thinner and didn’t last as long. It is a big spool but I had to reload 5 times where as the original string I replaced at the most one time.

This is a good weed eater string. Doesn’t wear down too quickly. Make sure you always have extra string, it’s a pain in the butt when you run out and have nothing to replace it with.

I purchased this to use on my weed eater . It does a good job , but it’s very difficult to stop it from getting tangled up when winding onto the empty spool . A little more thought from the manufacturer would have been appreciated .

This is so much better than the plastic string we used to buy

This is the same line that the Greenworks trimmer comes with. It is very durable and lasts much longer than other lines that I have used. After edging my front sidewalk on all three sides, the line is still the original length. I've NEVER had that experience before. Most lines self-destruct relatively quickly. Overall, a very fine product.

Forget buying overly priced preloaded spools. This a lot of line and good quality. I had saved the 3 empty small spools that load into the trimmer and after a couple of attempts the first time reloading I found it a breeze. The line wants to unravel from the hole you put it through to get started. The trick I used was once in the hole to use a lighter to melt the plastic string into a ball shape. It won't pull out again until time for another reload. This is a lot of string and with the quantity and price I should have bought 2 and been set for life. When I bought my trimmer it cost almost $30 Canadian for a pack of 3 tiny spools but at least they are reloadable.
