I really love this shrug top thing. My arms are just always cold and its kinda not always the best to wear an enough jacket just cause my arms are cold so this is perfect. I love the fabric but most of all, how stylish it is! If you're a bit endowed in the chest area, you might struggle a bit but otherwise I think it fits fine. I really love this!

For under $7 this is a great deal for this top. I should have gotten a medium and not a large though, but its totally wearable. If you are in-between sizes I would go with the smaller size, unless you want a bit looser fit. My upper arms are 12in and I still had room with this top in Large. The head opening easily stretches open so you can put over your head. Material isn't itchy at all.Overall its a great buy!
