These adapters are very simple and safe. You can see the grounding plate just by looking into the connector holes. The connection is solid and these just work. Very easy to use with any grounding mats, sheets, pads, etc.

I use both, a grounding pillowcase and grounding sheets at the same time each night. The only plug behind my bed already had a power strip in one of the receptacles. While the grounding cords are typically long, it is still annoying to have multiple running to different outlets. This little splitter allows me to plug both into the only one. It seems to work just as well as directly into the outlet.
