Grips are not very soft. They were awkward to use and didn't really do much for grip as the finger grooves didn't align appropriately in my hand.

I really like these exercise grips. Nothing against gloves, but sharing them, shares sweat, while this seems to be less so. Additionally with gloves, you have to get them on and off, whereas I can just grab these and drop them between sets. Super functional and easy. They hold well, are flexible and stay on the hand. They fit the fingers well with no discomfort. I like that they are not expensive either. If you like the feel of a glove and want it to stay on your hand the whole workout, stick with that. If you are like me and prefer to free your hands and be able to wipe sweat without it getting on your gloves, then this is a good option for you.

I wasn’t 100% sure how well these would work or if they would actually increase my grip strength. They’re not big, and worked well for my medium sized hands. Not sure they would fit big hands. But for medium hands, they really make the barbells feel like they have been custom molded to fit my hand. As a result, gripping is far more comfortable. I’m not sure it’s improved my grip strength necessarily, or resulted in significant gains in terms of reps or weight, but it does make the reps I do much more comfortable

I wanted to find a pair of grips that would cover most of the inside of my hand and these grips do it perfectly! They also are soft for your hands which makes you want to do more reps for your workouts. Will buy again!

I've seen these talked about quit a bit in social media groups and was excited to try! I normally wear gloves, but they frequently need replacing because of wear and holes. I love that these prevent the need to wear hot gloves, and at the same time keep calouses from forming on my hands.The grips have a soft silicon feel and add grip to the weight. However, they also add girth to the handles, which in some cases (with heavier dumbbells) makes it harder to hold. In addition, there is an ergonomic design for fingers, and it's way too wide for my hands. I have large hands (for a female), but they're long, not as wide as a man's. This means that there is an awkward lump- meant to be a spacer between the ring finger and the pinky that's completly in the wrong place for me. This makes the set uncomfortable. I will likey try using for a few more weeks and see if this is something I can get used to, but it may be a return to gloves for me, unfortunately.

Getting back into the swing of lifting has come with challenges, and one of those challenges has been my grip and the ability to maintain proper form with my lifting exercises with dumbbells. These silicone grips are like lifting gloves, but minimalistic. I can feel a significant improvement in my grip, even as my hands get sweaty. The texture on the grip and the finger pillar add stability that doesn't just go away as my palms gets sweaty. These nifty little things are the workout accessory I never knew existed, but always could've used (even in my younger lifting days). I'm glad I finally sprung for a pair, and these even came with a nice little carrying case to throw in my gym bag.

It’s practical that they come in a case along with a clip to take on the go and ensure it’s not lost easily and easy to get to.The positioning of your fingers in between the wall is simple to insert. It feels comfortable. The material has a good thickness to it so I’m hoping it will be durable long term.

These are surprisingly comfortable and does not feel awkward for a full workout session. It does it's job, of preventing calluses from your hands, and the triangle design between your fingers keeps this device securely in your hand. I also like the hard zipper case provided for added convenience for traveling. Overall, great product!
