This headlight & switch are pretty good quality. I saw this & was curious if I could get it to work on my Hyper scooter. Being made for a Suron didn't deter me. I just had to do some splicing & rewiring, then fabricate a mount. It worked well. Not everything can be perfect & I had to give up the back light on the light switches to get both yellow & white headlights to work. But no big deal. This light does produce a wide beam. It's not a spotlight so it doesn't shoot out real far. It's got 2 rows of LED's, one is a white light & the other row is a yellow. That's the fog light, but I could personally do without it & would rather have an additional white row for a high beam. They do come on together if I want, but I just don't like the yellow. There is a spotlight version of this but I wasn't able to pick it when ordering so I got the wide. I'd have preferred the spotlight. But it's still a good high quality light.
