The kit comes with everything needed for a beginner or light duty training at a very reasonable price. Current promotions on Amazon for the kit brings the cost in the mid 40s which is less than the cost of decent gloves. I replaced the ceiling hanger with a longer heavier duty hanger.The bag and gloves are made from PU and not leather which is expected at the price point they are selling. The stitching on the bag around the reinforcement is even and can support a medium weight fill. Think of old clothes, blankets or shredded memory foam but not sand. I’m used to using leather bags when I took judo when I was younger. I gave it five stars because everything was included and the quality is decent for the price. It’s a good starter bag for a kid who’s not really set into boxing or MMA yet and you don’t want to sink a lot of money into a bag before they have really committed themselves.

Good, but has way more extras than I would necessarily need. Seems to be fairly thick but only wish I would have gotten the one with the optional fill as I haven't had the time to fill mine. The rotating hangar seems decent quality enough but depending on the location, I would be cautious that it can withstand the weight and force(s) applied.

Bought this for my kiddo to train at home away from the gym and I'm impressed. Easy to hang. I filled with old cloths to keep it lighter, but some have filled with sand. I was worried I wouldn't be able to move it if I did fill it with sand. The gloves are good quality and protect your hands and of course the reflex training ball is fun and the jump rope.

The gloves are one size fits someone, but they feel like cheap PU that will shred under a day's use. The little ball things are a nice addition. I have no opinion on the jumprope.The bag is alright. The chains feel solid. I think under serious use the bag will last long enough to decide if you want to keep training with it. I'm using it as a bulgarian bag until it bursts or I decide I like the training method enough to buy a proper one.

I ordered this to start a kickboxing fitness plan. I was impressed by the weight of the items. Nothing felt cheaply made. I am only 5'6" and I have pretty small hands, so I am not sure if the gloves would fit a much bigger person. The gloves fit, but there was no extra room and family members with bigger hands could not get their hands in them. I found this set to be really nice for me as I am just starting out. I do not have the expertise to say if it would appropriate for a professional, but I am guessing not. This is great if you are a fitness enthusiast, want to try out boxing or kickboxing, or if you have a child or teen that is just starting out.
