So these are about the size of a penny their body's are made of a hard plastic and the spikes are made of a slightly softer plastic so they have a bit of a squish to them. They do leave a bit of a imprint after pushing down on them and they have a nice texture. Though the paint on the nose wore off in one day. But I think that could easily be fixed with a paint marker.

These are an excellent toy. They can go anywhere they fit well into a pocket and you can have an army of hedgehogs ready to pull out at anytime for entertainment and joy. I think we got 26 or 28 in the bag more than the 25 listed, and there was not an even amount of each color, it's random on the color's you get. example: I think we had 7 of the grey and 4 of the blue.

My son got one from a dentist vending machine and has been obsessed since. I decided to get him an army, and this was perfect for the task. They’re good quality, and withstand even the hardest test a 3 and 5 year old can put them through (including a trip through the vacuum).

I loved them so much they are very cute and have many colors. I was able to put some magnets on the bottom, there are many craft projects possible for them and the back is great for sensory toys for your pocket.

My great grandson had one he got out of a vending machine and lost. As he was heartbroken, looked in Amazon and found him a whole family. Replaced the lost one and he earning the rest as rewards. Everybody happy!
