I purchased this for my daughters birthday to which it was delivered faulty, i requested a refund and returned the goods only for it to be re delivered to me 2 months later and still no refund!

So it’s Christmas Eve and Iv just started to put this together as a main present for my daughter! Only to find out it’s already been put together and damaged beyond being able to be assembled. To add to it it’s unable to be refunded. I understand there is a refundable time frame but at this time of year we as parents buy things and put them away. I will be pursuing this
