I received and the box was damaged. I knew this going into it. When I took out the clock it is damaged all over the place! The face is smashed in, it does not tell time, and makes funny noises. The wooden corners are smashed This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made in my life!!! Photos to follow spent almost 1,000 on a clock that does not tell tone. Wow

Don't know what the problem was. Wasn't expecting the poor quality item I got. Didn't get a look at the pendulums since I didn't even get past the clock handles. Were made of thin strips of metal that were already bent outward. Have dealt with clock handles like this before & they NEVER work out! AGAIN, VERY SUPRISED this was a Howard Miller clock. They usually have MUCH BETTER quality clocks! EVEN WORSE, have always been used to a rep unboxing & setting up clocks by Howard Miller in the past. This was dropped off in box w/o any set-up! Refused delivery of the clock based on the clock handle condition so I can't give you a review of how well the actual clock internals & pendulums work. They need to include in their add on Amazon that some assembly required & not provided by shipper!

Love, Love , Love it .... So easy to set up. The delivery went great got ahead of schedule and is as pretty in the picture as in person. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Howard Miller people were very nice to deal with, good communication on delivery and follow up after delivery.Clock fits in with our decor and the chimes are very soft.Would recommend this clock.
