We are constantly satisfied with the products and services when shopping Amazon.. this clock is just what we wanted and it came to us undamaged and beautiful, we love it! The only disappointment was in the shipping. We were told that we absolutely had to be at home to sign receipt or order would be cancelled. That is fine but when asked to provide specifics on date and time of delivery, we were merely given a 5 day window.. and of course, it arrived on the last day! Our lives were turned upside-down, anticipating delivery when a simple 1 day heads-up could have been provided by e-mail, phone call or text.. poor communication!

I purchased this clock and was so excited to get it. It is a beautiful clock visually, BUT, the chimes sound terrible. They are flat sounding and the Westminster chime plays to fast. I am looking at how to turn off the chime. 😢

This is a lovely modern style clock, the case is very nice and it is exactly what I wanted in my home. The downside is that the clock is cheaply made, the light is faded, the chimes are recorded and sound TERRIBLE, the pendulum is battery driven and very hard to calibrate so that it doesn't knock on the side of the case. Overall I like the clock, but would have been happier at 1/2 the price.
