I am glad I was an Electronic Tech at the Post Office. Because there were no instructions and it hard to hold up the motor with one hand. And I found out the control board was bad too. I hope it was worth fixing the treadmill

The motor is extremely well made and I would say slightly better than the OEM motor I removed. The compatibility chart for the listing and the specifications were excellent in helping me determine that this was the correct motor that I needed. Easy to install and put into operation for our used treadmill.

The was exactly the one for my Proform treadmill. The seller worked great with me on all my questions. Asked a couple questions through before ordering. Received answers within 24 hours. Once I received the motor it did look a little different than the picture on Amazon. I reached out through Amazon messages to the seller to see if the motor I received was still compatible. Once again received an answer within 24 hours. I have installed the new motor, running fine and is quiet.

This replacement motor arrived within a few days. It is an exact replacement for my Nordictrack T5zi treadmill. It came with 2 bolts for mounting and 4 wires with the exact connectors oriented the way I needed. Simply bolted it in, connected the wires, plugged it in and it worked perfectly. Lastly this motor is very quiet, barely a hum when running. We are extremely happy with this purchase.
