I bought this assuming it was brand new, but when I received it , it was obviously a previously used unit and opened box. Dust around the sample hole is a big tell. It has stains on the styrofoam packaging and all over the paperwork inside the box. All of the test strip bottles have been opened and only about 15 strips remain in some, when there are supposed to be 50 in the bottle. It says that there are no batteries shipped with the device, but there were 4 Durcells in in already.- Returning for a refund.

I purchased this kit to help manage the pools at our vacation rental company (8-10 pools depending on season.) I appreciate the convenience and portability of this kit. The Bluetooth capabilities keep track of my results for each individual location. I initially had some concerns/questions but was able to receive great guidance from the company’s tech support. Overall, I’m happy with this product.

The item shipped fast! This kit is made well and very sturdy. The meter is durable and the case it comes in. Compact and easy to store. My results have been accurate, and the pool water is a reflection of that. It does take a little longer than test strips, but I appreciate this method more. Great product, highly recommend!

I am so happy I splurged on this pool kit! This kit is worth every penny! My brother (also neighbor) and I tend to share our supplies. With the Bluetooth capability we are able to save the results from both locations which is awesome! I had a couple questions in the beginning, and the videos in the app were helpful.

My friend recommended this system as she uses it for her pool. I was skeptical from reading the other reviews but I trusted my friends judgement. I amso glad I did! This product is so easy to use, the instructions are simple, and NO messy tablets. I love that the results get sent to an app on my phone. The app is very easy to navigate. So happy I got this at the beginning of pool season 😎

I was really hoping this would work since I just had my pool replastered and I wanted to be able to get more precise readings. If you take one reading and stop there, you would think it’s okay. But, if you decided to double, triple, quadruple, etc. check, then you will probably get as many different results. Now, if the readings were close it wouldn’t be a problem, but when they are 12-17points different, that’s a problem. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with this thing after spending over $400, but I think I will stick to my Taylor kit. Disappointed.

The tests take a LONG time and mine wasn't accurate at all. It's pretty expensive for the DIY'er and way too time-consuming for a pool service person. You have to purchase some of the tests too even though it comes with the test strips which seems kind of weird. You figure if you have the strips you can do the test. I consider myself lucky that mine just stopped working so I could get my money back.
