Worked really great for the first 2 charge cycles. Then it refuses to charge and is useless!I was also charge shipping that doubled the cost. As a Prime member I was very disillusioned.

I purchased one of these for my highly active dog, as well as my son's cat. I really thought both would love it. Not. Neither one showed the slightest bit of interest. :(

I bought this toy for my Shiba Inu puppy. He really loved this toy. I noticed it wasn't staying charged for very long after about 10 charges. Unfortunately, he broke it within two weeks, but I believe it was because he was tossing it around too hard. I think this toy is more suitable for a cat and not a small dog.

My dog absolutely loved this ball. We used it a few times a day for less than a week and it stopped working. It stopped charging and I tried using another charger but it was also unsuccessful. My dog doesn't bite the ball, he just chases it so he did not cause the any damage to it. Didn't realize there is no support from the seller so I'm out the money. Found another seller (not on amazon) who is in the USA and supports their products so I am placing an order with them.

The little dog loved it while it lasted. He had the cover off in no time. Better for a cat as shown on the box. Should not be sold as an interactive toy for small dogs. I just wish the cover was more robust..

My cat liked this toy so well I purchased them for my cat owner friends and family for Christmas. My cat Sox usually is bored with everything after a short while. I put the toy on the floor and watched her. At first she tried to ignore it but it kept whizzing past her and pretty soon she was chasing it everywhere…I do have to block the stairs so it doesn’t fall down the stairs (it has twice already but there was no damage) and best of all for me…it’s rechargeable! No batteries!

This is the 2nd of these rolling balls that I bought. The first one lasted 3 charges. After that the battery stopped working.Because this toy is definitively entertaining for my dog, I bought this "upgraded" version. Well, I did not see any upgrade and the only difference was that this one only lasted 2 charges.Quite unacceptable that products of such low quality are even manufactured. Amazon had a no-return policy for this product, but I complained and they refunded me (kudos to Amazon). But you should not go through this hassle - stay away from this product.
