I like the organization, and tried this out for art supplies. It would have been great - except for a few things. As another reviewer pointed out, you instinctly open this up as you would a book, but then everything falls out of the pockets. That didn’t work for me! Also, I would like to be able to choose my color(s).

The pockets are upside down, so everything will fall. Or maybe it's for left handed. At least it's washable.

I ordered this pencil case about a month ago and it’s not exactly what I expected. The material feels cheap and gets dirty very quickly. However, it gets the job done. It just seems very cheap.

Daughter in HS loves this bag for her things. She isn’t allowed to carry a backpack and we have been through a few pencil pouches. This one is the best so far. Holds all the things, can put it in a notebook, doesn’t rip at the first sign of stress. All we can ask for really.

While I didn't like that I couldn't pick my color, I got the color I wanted by chance. This is a great little pouch for a student. It can hold all my pens, highlighters, notecards, and even my graphing calculator. The only other minor negative is that the zipper pouch opens backwards to what I would expect. When opened like a book (with the front pouch as the front cover,) the inside pockets are upside down. Otherwise, a great buy for me.
