Measurements as indicated in the product pictures are accurate.Shelf reinforcements are cardboard with stitch fabric. Not the most sturdy but easily capable of holding shape.Lack of reinforcement of the shelves makes them susceptible to collapsing when significant weight is placed centrally. When weight is evenly distributed or concentrated on the sides it is extremely sturdy and very rigid. It's a little bit more reinforcement was made or the clear front was made into a v shape I think it would be able to hold far more weight than what it's rated for.Very strong stitching and high density fabric, however there are some fraying stitch ends which may continue to come loose in the future. Fabric is soft and not coarse like sandpaper.Front clear plastic is thicker than average and feels very durable.Door brackets are stainless steel. Even with significant amount of weight in the shelf, I saw no deformation or weakening in the bracket. Door brackets are sized a little bit larger than what I would have preferred, there was maybe a quarter inch of extra space but maybe my doors are very thin.

Good:Value for the costEasy assemblyShelves have flat bottomsMesh side pocketsYou can see what's inside through the clear frontDeep front lip prevents items from falling outReinforced seams and hanging holes with metal grommetsHangs straight without the sides bucklingMetal hooksHooks are compatible with a wide variety of door thicknessesBad:Shelf bottom inserts are flimsy and not leakproofNeeds at least a small gap with the door and frame, otherwise the door won't closeCan swing outwards if the door is closed forcefullyAdditional:Vert easy and quick to set up. All you need to do is hang the hooks on the top of the door, insert the hooks through the holes and place the shelf bottoms in the pockets. Good for lightweight items of medium bulk such as stuffed animals and shoes. The mesh side pockets provide additional storage for small toys. Don't use it for anything that might leak. For the price it's a good deal and provides a lot of storage in an underutilized area.

This is an inexpensive way to reduce clutter. It does not scream "adult" or "classy." It has some kids' room / dorm room vibes. Like those stacking plastic bins. It may eventually be relegated to the basement for that reason. But for now it is helping to organize the crap that comes out of my pockets and tends to pile up on the bedroom dresser. It's well-built for what it is. It can support a full load of shoes, but probably not books. The hooks take a little clearance above the door to work, so I recommend sticking a ruler in there and seeing if it is too tight to fit, prior to ordering this.

I wish I could give this organizer 10 stars just for how much value I feel it's added to my organization life. I live in a pretty small space so already have various things hanging from the back of pretty much every door, so I'm not new to this game. Mostly hooks but I also have a shoe organizer in my bathroom that I put bottles and other toiletries in to try to keep my counters clear (no bathroom closet. It's a pretty narrow bathroom and I wasn't sure how this would fit in there since it would limit the amount I was able to open the door, which opens flat to the wall already other than a baseboard heater which is what probably leaves enough room for the shoe organizer. I already have a hook on the bedroom door where I hang my small purses so I thought I would just try it out there for purposes of the review. It's perfect! Now not only do I have a purse organizer (top two shelves) I also have room for my hairbrushes, belts and assorted hair ties, and boxed cosmetics and lotions that don't fit anywhere else. And I still have some room leftover! Sadly this door also opens flat to the wall at the entrance of my room, but since you enter the door at an angle I don't really need it to open all the way. And since I have a mirror and trash can behind it as well as my purses hanging, it didn't open all the way anyway and it's pretty much the same as before. I actually thought I was going to have to hang it on the outside of the folding closet doors to use in the bedroom or possibly relegate it to the basement. So I'm actually really excited to have gained so much (mostly) hidden storage space without any real change in how things were working before hand. So for me this is definitely a 10. If I had any more doors to fit, I would buy another one for sure.

I use this door organizer for storing my plethora of hair products. My vanity is right next to the bathroom door so it made lots of sense to use that vertical space for storage. The hooks fit seamlessly into the top of the door slit and it is flushed. Each pocket on the organizer is spacious and feels sturdy. Good enough for my hair dryer, hair iron, curler, and all the different attachments. I hope to not turn it into a sock storage too since it's so tempting and there's room, but that'll make it too messy so for now, just my hair tools and supplies. The black color would've been more sleek but gray is fine too since it matches the backsplash of my bathroom sink. Overall, it's a sturdy door organizer and I'd order again for other areas around my apartment. Very handy and useful.
