It is hard to find good workout tank tops made of the right material with the right cut. Jed North came close. Designed in Toronto and made in China (well, I wish it was made elsewhere) these tanks are well made. A word of caution, if you have thick chest and/or wide lats, you will need a larger size but the tank may be too long as a result. I could use a XL for larger arm holes, but XL is way too long. That, however, didn't deter me from buy more than one. I had them shortened to make them look better.

These tank tops are perfect. Fits great on the body, shapes up your upper body well. If you're a gym bro, you won't be disappointed in purchasing this. Bought 6 different colors already, and still looking to expand my collection.

These tanks used to just have a simple logo in the front now it has this huge writing in the back which I don't like so I'm not going to buy anymore.

This tank is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The fit keeps the arms unrestricted but without being droopy or flimsy. It has just enough stretch and is well tapered to accentuate hard work in the gym but comfortable enough to wear out. Wicks moisture well so I’m not saturated like I am with cotton ones during workouts. Color was exactly as pictured and is a great price for what I got.

I have ordered many tank tops from various brands and I have to state Jed North makes the best men's tank tops for my tastes. The selection (style and colours), the fit, the length, and the structure of these shirts are hard to beat. I ordered the Classic Fit style. These are structured and very flattering to the physique when compared to some other brands that just drape shapelessly over my body. The fabric is polyester. It is stretchy, comfortable, and all of the tanks I have ordered so far are a perfect length. They're also durable. I have worn and washed these repeatedly with no issues (no shrinkage, no colour fading, etc). I also love that they come in such a varied selection. I have ordered many tanks from other brands but I always come back to Jed North. These are of excellent quality and I love wearing them.

I've been looking for a tank top/stringer for a while. One that doesn't have shoulder straps too wide or too thin, and with a good length. I bought the XL on a hunch because I'm 5'10" at about 200 lbs, have a 45" chest, and it fits perfectly. I didn't want it to be skin-tight or too baggy. I like the fit. It's snug enough that it doesn't stick to my body, and has just enough looseness to not restrict my movement. I bought 6 different colors, and they all fit the same way. So the fit is consistent. The only thing that kind of ruins the silhouette for me is the slightly flared bottom. It would've looked a bit better straight, if not a little tapered. It doesn't look like that on the product model. Not sure why they would cut it wide like that. Not a huge deal breaker, as it fits well otherwise.

My first Jed North racer back tank i ordered a Large and is very comfortable but a little loose. This time I took a chance and ordered a medium and was so happy with the result. See....I, like many people, find myself enjoying a fitted top without being too tight and not too loose. I constantly find myself sizing between a Medium and Large. (I like to call myself an Extra Medium if there ever were such a size). So, if you can relate to my story at all, try gambling on a medium. Oh also, my build also helps. I'm gaining more musculature but I have a constant sheath of fat over my body. Sometimes I look fat and sometimes I look more muscular. So my weight is on the higher side but I have a more a athletic build. If you're my height and weight (5'10" and 215_220lbs) and you don't workout or have more fat to your body, go one size up because you might not enjoy the fit on your body the same as I enjoy it on mine.

I really like the fact that they cut them around the waist for guys that don’t have a gut. Most of these shirts you can tie knots in them if you happen to be tall and trim. I usually wear a L but had to exchange for XL because the L was perfect to almost too small and I didn’t want to risk it because if this shirt even shrank 1-2% in washing it would be too small for me, the next size was still very fitting but I could tell was also made for guys with a large back. Good purchase overall going to wait and see how this shirt holds up for a few weeks then I might go back for a few more colors. I also like the way the chest is shaped - some shirts I’ve tried have an odd squared or “u” shape to them but this shirt is spot on.
